You may think Elwyn is a frankenstine amalgamation of flesh, but most of that is actually her own skin. She got her scars from being experimented on by the Temple. Some scientists were seeking evidence of a higher power, so they basically dissected her, then put her back together. She was given the horns, which the Temple uses to control her, and some of her original flesh and right eye was lost in the dissection so they had to give her another piece of skin and a new eye. She's kind of scary. The horns connect to the start of her scar lines, which cross her body at all the main points; front and back of torso, legs, and arms. Also she has a tail.
